Payments and order security
Payments are processed through supported payment providers such as Fawry, Paymob, OPay, and crypto payment providers. Top2Ups does not store full card numbers. Payment confirmation is handled by the payment provider and our system only fulfills orders after payment is confirmed.

For digital gift cards, game accounts, top-ups, and other digital products, we may store delivery status, product region, redemption details, and support notes. This information helps us confirm that the correct product was delivered and helps our support team resolve issues.
