How Top2Ups collects, uses, and protects customer information.
When you use Top2Ups, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, order details, payment status, support messages, account activity, and basic website usage information. We collect only the information needed to create your account, process orders, deliver digital products, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the store.
We use your information to complete purchases, send order updates, deliver digital codes or game/account details, contact you through email or WhatsApp when needed, respond to support tickets, process refunds when eligible, secure your account, and keep business records.
Payments are processed through supported payment providers such as Fawry, Paymob, OPay, and crypto payment providers. Top2Ups does not store full card numbers. Payment confirmation is handled by the payment provider and our system only fulfills orders after payment is confirmed.
For digital gift cards, game accounts, top-ups, and other digital products, we may store delivery status, product region, redemption details, and support notes. This information helps us confirm that the correct product was delivered and helps our support team resolve issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is needed with payment processors, email delivery services, Firebase/hosting services, fraud prevention tools, and support systems to operate the store and deliver your order.
We use account authentication, protected admin access, encrypted code storage where applicable, and server-side payment validation to help protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and contacting us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may contact us to ask about your account data, update incorrect information, or request support regarding your account. Some order and payment records may need to be kept for security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
