Digital codes cannot be returned after they are viewed
Gift cards, wallet cards, top-up codes, subscription codes, and any digital code become final once the code is revealed, viewed, copied, sent, or delivered to the customer account/email.

Because digital products can be copied, redeemed, or transferred immediately, Top2Ups cannot accept returns once a code has been viewed or a game/account has been delivered.

Gift cards, wallet cards, top-up codes, subscription codes, and any digital code become final once the code is revealed, viewed, copied, sent, or delivered to the customer account/email.
Games, game accounts, access accounts, primary/secondary access, and similar digital game products cannot be refunded after the account details or delivery instructions have been sent.
A money refund may be issued only if the wrong code or wrong game/account was sent and Top2Ups cannot replace it with the correct product that you ordered.
All games and account-based products may take up to 24 hours for delivery. Some orders are delivered manually through WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. A refund may be approved only when Top2Ups delivered the wrong product and cannot provide the correct product you ordered. If we can replace the wrong item with the correct item, replacement will be offered instead of refund.
We cannot refund orders where the customer selected the wrong region, wrong platform, wrong account type, wrong product, or changed their mind after payment. We also cannot refund digital codes after they are revealed or account/game details after they are delivered.
