Terms and Conditions

Rules for using Top2Ups and buying digital products from our store.

Digital codes cannot be returned once viewed, and games/accounts cannot be refunded once delivered. Please check product, region, platform, and access type before placing your order.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Top2Ups, creating an account, placing an order, or opening a support ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Product information and customer responsibility

Before placing an order, you must confirm that the product, platform, region, account type, value, and quantity are correct. Digital products may be region locked and may not work outside the stated country or platform.

3. Payment confirmation

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Fawry/reference payments can remain pending until the customer pays the reference and the payment provider confirms the transaction.

4. Digital code delivery

Gift-card codes and other digital codes are delivered after confirmed payment and available stock. Once a digital code has been revealed, viewed, copied, sent, or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded except where required by our Refund Policy.

5. Game and account delivery

Game products, account access products, primary/secondary access, and similar digital products may be fulfilled manually through email or WhatsApp. All games and accounts may take up to 24 hours for delivery.

6. No refund after delivered game/account details

Games and account-based products cannot be refunded once delivery details, login details, access instructions, or account information have been sent to the customer.

7. Wrong product or failed fulfillment

If Top2Ups sends the wrong code or wrong game/account and we cannot provide the correct product you ordered, we may issue a money refund. If we can provide the correct product, replacement may be offered instead.

8. Customer communication

You must provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number during checkout. Top2Ups may contact you through email, your account page, support ticket, or WhatsApp for order delivery, verification, and support.

9. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your Top2Ups account login secure. Do not share your account password. Contact support immediately if you believe your account or order information was accessed without permission.

10. Abuse and fraud prevention

Top2Ups may reject, pause, cancel, or manually review orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms. We may request extra confirmation before delivery.

11. Changes to terms

Top2Ups may update these Terms and Conditions when needed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
